  Had some issues needing to be fixed. My husband emailed them and explained about my medical issues and they were very understanding. Even though I forgot the man (horrible memory do to medical issues) who fixed my frozen pipes before (who was coming to fix the problems today) they offered to send a woman from the office to make me fee at ease. Long story short my husband and landlord explained who the repair man was and I FINALLY remembered. How many landlords are that understanding????? None I can think of. To bad my husband's job relocates him, I love this house. They also worked with us in 2 days because we had no time to look for a house during his relocation period over New Years weekend. Thanks team JMR and Monty.
